Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Kick-Ass Flags is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Local Pickup & Local Delivery
Kick-Ass Flags offers local pickup and local delivery in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.
Local pickup is available by appointment only after your order has been confirmed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Kick-Ass Flags is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address submitted during checkout.
Custom Orders
Custom flags require additional production time.
Typical production time is approximately 4–6 business days, followed by standard shipping time.
Estimated total delivery time for most custom flag orders is approximately 10–12 business days, depending on production and carrier transit times.
Production times may vary depending on artwork approval, order size, and manufacturing schedules.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We are an online warehouse-based business and do not operate a walk-in retail storefront. Orders are available for shipping, local pickup by appointment, or local delivery within the Albuquerque area.
