Return & Refund Policy
At Kick-Ass Flags, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. Each order is carefully inspected before it ships to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer changed their mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- No longer wanted the item
- Incorrect product selected by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kickassflags@outlook.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, if the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. If a return is necessary, return instructions will be provided after your claim has been approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Custom Orders
All custom-made and personalized flags are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain a manufacturing error caused by us.
